In order to make your life look the way you want, you need to remember one thing: it must be lived with intention. Intentions work with goals and require planning ahead and staying mindful of whatever happens next.

Live a balanced life, giving quality time and attention to the most important things in my life

Make a conscious effort to keep my own body and planet healthier

Live a life of greater service and contribution to others

Feel, trust, and know that I am guided perfectly every moment

Notice negative self-talk and replace with self-acceptance

Get back to your creative self
